Our in-house designed modular continous pyrolsis line based on Infinite Loop Technology (ILT) is an innovative fully automated swing technology that is capable to process Polyolifins, crossed-linked PO, and rubbers.
It offers numerous advantages including, huge CO2 Reduction, energy effficiency above 40% compared with the state-of-the art, and can process feedstocks up to 12cm in diameter.

Batch pyrolysis process has been the workhorse of the industry for decades however it is characherised by High energy consumtpion, inefficient process (start-n-stop), low process control, high Carbon black content and it is generally difficut to maintain European HSE standards.
